Shipping & Delivery Policy – Elyato

At Elyato, we aim to ensure that every order is delivered safely and within the promised timeframe. All orders placed on our website are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Dispatch timelines may vary slightly during peak seasons, sales, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Once an order is dispatched, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on the customer’s location and courier partner serviceability. Delivery to remote or rural areas may require additional time. While we make every effort to meet delivery timelines, Elyato is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Elyato currently delivers only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible locations, subject to courier partner availability. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before the order is placed.

After dispatch, customers will receive tracking details via email or SMS to monitor their shipment. Customers are advised to ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Elyato will not be liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect address or contact details.
